The 9008 bulb is also a dual-filament halogen type rated at 12V, with a 65W high beam filament and a 55W low beam filament. It uses a P26t base and likewise meets ANSI standards for the United States and Canada.
The Ski-Doo Expedition Sport ACE 900 uses the 9003 bulb for both high beam and low beam headlights across the 2014-2018 model years.
For the 2019 model year, both the high beam and low beam headlight positions require the 9008 bulb rather than the 9003.
The P43t base of the 9003 and the P26t base of the 9008 are physically distinct, meaning these two bulb types are not interchangeable despite both being dual-filament halogen bulbs rated at 12V.
