The Polaris RZR 570 EPS uses 9008 and 9003 bulb sizes for both high beam and low beam headlight applications. The replacement chart covers 2017 through 2019 model years with corresponding bulb size specifications.
The year-by-year compatibility chart below provides a quick reference to verify the correct bulb size for your vehicle.
The Polaris RZR 570 EPS uses two distinct bulb types across its headlight specifications: the 9008 for the 2018-2019 model years and the 9003 for the 2017 model year, with both types serving dual high and low beam functions within a single housing.
The 9008 is a dual-filament halogen bulb rated at 12V with a wattage of 65W on the high beam filament and 55W on the low beam filament, operating under the ANSI standard applicable in the US and Canada.
The 9003 is also a dual-filament halogen bulb rated at 12V, with a high beam filament drawing 60W and a low beam filament drawing 55W, likewise conforming to the ANSI standard for the US and Canadian markets.
Although the 9008 and 9003 share the same voltage rating and a common low beam wattage of 55W, they are not interchangeable due to differing base types: the 9008 uses a P26t base while the 9003 uses a P43t base.
The P26t and P43t base designations refer to the physical connector and pin configuration of each bulb, meaning a bulb with one base type will not seat correctly in a socket designed for the other.
Because the same bulb size applies to both the high beam and low beam positions in each model year, the RZR 570 EPS uses a single dual-filament bulb per headlight unit rather than separate bulbs for each beam function.
