The 9003 is the most frequently specified bulb across the ZRT 800 lineup, serving as both the high beam and low beam source for the 1996-1998 model years. It is a dual-filament halogen bulb with a P43t base, rated at 12V and 60W/55W, where the higher wattage corresponds to the high beam filament.
For the 1999-2001 model years, the high beam and low beam functions are handled by separate, dedicated single-filament bulbs rather than a shared dual-filament unit. The high beam uses the 894, while the low beam uses the 885, both of which share the PGJ13 base type.
