Arctic Cat ZR 120 high beam and low beam headlight bulbs use HS1 and 894 bulb sizes respectively. The replacement chart covers vehicle production years spanning 2014 to 2019 with corresponding bulb size specifications.
The year-by-year compatibility chart below provides a quick reference to verify the correct bulb size for your vehicle.
The HS1 bulb follows the ECE standard, which is used in Europe and worldwide markets. It is a dual-filament halogen bulb rated at 12V with a 35W/35W output and uses a PX43t base, making it suitable for both high and low beam functions within a single housing.
The 894 bulb follows the ANSI standard, which applies to the US and Canadian markets. It is a single-filament halogen bulb rated at 12V, 37.5W, and uses a PGJ13 base, meaning it serves only one beam function per bulb.
The Arctic Cat ZR 120 uses the HS1 bulb for both the high beam and low beam headlights in the 2018-2019 model years. Because the HS1 carries dual filaments, a single bulb position can handle both beam functions.
The 894 bulb appears in the low beam headlight position for the 2014-2017 model years, as well as alongside the HS1 as an alternative fitment for the 2018 model year.
The PX43t base of the HS1 and the PGJ13 base of the 894 are physically distinct and incompatible with each other. These two bulb types are not interchangeable despite both operating at 12V.
The 2018 low beam headlight position lists both the HS1 and the 894 as applicable bulb sizes, indicating that two separate fitment configurations exist for that model year.
